A thoughtfully clean home, down to the details.

Regular monthly or one-time cleanings may include up to four hours of cleaning time. Weekly and biweekly visits may include up to three hours. Deep Cleaning services may require up to two business days depending on the home's size, condition and specific needs.

Prices shown on the website are starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on square footage, condition, flooring, countertops, fixtures, pet hair, clutter and requested services. Service availability and pricing may be updated, with changes communicated before service.

Payment is due before Kelly leaves the home. Payment not received within 24 hours may result in a $25 late fee. After more than two late payments, full payment for future services will be required at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to pay within that timeframe may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If a recurring appointment is canceled and not rescheduled within one week, the recurring rate may be forfeited and a future visit may be billed at the current one-time or applicable biweekly rate.

Please leave sinks free of dishes, pick up floors and clear excessive countertop clutter before the appointment. Areas that cannot be safely or properly accessed because of clutter or stored items may be skipped. Running water, electricity and functioning air conditioning must be available during service.

Tidy Charm provides professional cleaning products and equipment. Clients provide one dedicated toilet brush for each toilet, their usual household trash bags and paper towels. Color-coded cleaning cloths are used for designated areas to help reduce cross-contamination.

Aggressive pets or pets that interfere with cleaning must be securely crated or confined. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult. Weapons and drug paraphernalia must be secured; affected rooms may not be serviced. For Kelly's safety and comfort, service cannot be performed when an adult male is the only person present in the home.

Clients are encouraged to secure or remove valuables, collectibles and fragile décor before service. Any existing damage or broken items discovered may be documented. If an active insect, rodent or other pest infestation is discovered, Tidy Charm may stop or refuse service until the condition has been professionally treated. A cancellation charge equal to 50% of the service visit will apply when the reserved appointment cannot be completed.

Complimentary bed linen changes are included ONLY with Regular Cleaning services when clean sheets are left out and accessible. Original bed linens will be placed in the laundry room. Add-on services are not provided during Deep Cleaning appointments unless agreed upon during the evaluation. Bed linen changes are not included with Deep Cleaning services.

Cleaning concerns must be reported within 24 hours after service. Kelly will work with the client to address the concern by returning when appropriate or correcting it during the next scheduled visit. Concerns reported after the 24-hour period may not qualify for corrective service.
